Calling All YCBs (Yoga Challenge Buddies)!
I've gathered a group of yoga-enthusiast gal pals to do a personal yoga challenge. I invite you to either join us, do this on your own or spin up your own challenge pod.
It's great, though, to have others going through the challenge with you because it makes it more fun. Plus, it's more likely you'll hold yourself accountable if you're sharing your experience. There's nothing like external motivators!!! LOL
This challenge is purposely very unstructured. Don't want it to become something you dread! Plus, your challenge may be different than the next person's. For example, my challenge will be to actually do yoga each and every day. Maybe another person — who already does daily yoga — will challenge him/herself to try a different style of yoga, increase the duration of practice or experiment with new/advanced poses.
For my part, I'll probably host some online yoga jam sessions and live stream my practice here and there. Plus I'll be a diligent poster in the socialsphere. Be sure to check it out!
Ways to Participate:
- To join me in my challenge, RSVP so I'll know to keep you in the loop.
- To go solo, figure out what is a good challenge goal and go for it!
- To start your own group, figure out what you want your challenge to look like and round up some friends to make it fun!
