You know what this means—it's time to start thinking about what your Fall is going to look like. Consider taking some time to reflect on the quarter. What worked? What didn't? How are you feeling about: yourself, work, life, family, freinds...?
After taking some time to take stock, think about what you'd like to change, improve, learn or accomplish in the next few months. Come up with some short- and medium-term goals to work towards. And be sure to write all this down—not sure what the stat is but you're many times more likely to acheive your goals if you document them.
A simple search on the internet or Pinterest, etc will give you tons of ideas and resources for goal-setting (think S.M.A.R.T.) and getting your thoughts and plans committed to paper (e.g., visionboards, dot journals, tracking apps).
