Start your day right with an all-levels donations-based vinyasa class! This full-body flow will wake you up more than that 3rd cup of morning coffee. And being outdoors heightens the sensory experience in such a blissful way. :-)
What to Bring:
- Beach towel or blanket (dewy grass!)
- Sun protection
- Face covering
Where We'll Be:
We'll be on the grassy area near the playground/basketball court. I'll have a sign so it's even easier to find us (just in case the yoga mats aren't a give-away...). This spot offers both sun and shade — something for everyone!
Best parking is in the Marriott lot, on the side near the (not-yet-open) La Provence cafe. The park access there is close to where we'll be. Alternately, you can park in the lot of the elementary school. There are restrooms at the park.
Due to the pandemic, this class will be limited to 8 students — so be sure to RSVP ASAP. We will practice mask-wearing when not exercising (and during if you can handle it!) and social distancing (mats at least 6 feet apart). I will not be making any physical adjustments or assists but will offer verbal adjustment suggestions.
- Class is weather permitting. If the plan changes, I'll send out an email. But, it's been truly glorious out there lately!
- Please, leave your pet(s) at home.
